PRODEX 53 is designed to deliver high-efficiency post-curing for 3D-printed parts, ensuring optimal mechanical strength and improved material properties. Equipped with high-intensity UV LEDs, it provides uniform and consistent curing, significantly reducing curing time while enhancing surface quality and durability.

 

■ Enhanced Curing with Nitrogen Integration
The addition of a nitrogen environment minimizes oxygen inhibition, which can interfere with the polymerization process. This results in stronger, more durable prints with improved surface smoothness and reduced tackiness, making it ideal for high-performance applications.

 

If pure nitrogen is injected, the pre-gas function can reduce the oxygen content inside the chamber to less than 1%.

■ Integrated Heating Function for Optimal Resin Performance
The built-in heating system maintains a stable temperature within the chamber, ensuring resins cure under optimal conditions.
